Meet the Doctors

Dr. Stephen Phen

DENTIST
Dr. Phen has been practicing dentistry for over 25 years. He keeps himself up to date with the latest advances in cosmetic, implant and digital dentistry. He has been a member of the American Academy for Cosmetic Dentistry and International Congress for Oral Implantologists for over 20 years. Prior to moving to Ontario, he ran a successful practice for many years in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Dr. Phen takes pride in providing the utmost care for his patients in all aspects of dentistry, including implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign and full mouth rehabilitations. He looks forward to taking care of all your dental needs at Rossland Garden Dental.
Dr. Alina Phen

DENTIST
Dr. Alina completed her dental education at University of Toronto, graduating with honours. She then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health in Rochester, New York, furthering her education in implant dentistry, surgery and complex restorative cases. She is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association, as a general councillor and an executive board member for the York Region Dental Society.
Dr. Alina strives to ensure her patients are comfortable and relaxed in the dental chair. She provides services in all aspects of general dentistry and has a strong interest in esthetic dentistry. She is a certified Invisalign provider and continually attends courses to expand her dental knowledge so that she can provide her patients with the highest quality of evidence-based dentistry.
